Joomla 1.5.7 PDF Doesn’t work

I have seach for a solution with PDF creator button on front-end. What I have found is solutions for IE, but not if page went empty anyway.

So, my questions is:

I have two sites with joomla 1.5.7 and 1.5.2 and Search Engine Friendly URLs and Add suffix to URLs activated. Both these site doesn’t work with PDF creator button.

Also when I check url for PDF the url seems that something is missing:
host/index.php/page.pdf with no component loading

Does someone have a solutions for this?

I have disable «Search Engine Friendly URL» and «Add suffix to URL» I also added browser check into code.
What happens is that a page with no picture or a small picture is created with PDF but when picture is big i get a blank page in FireFox and in IE «Page can not show».
So, it seems that it’s been timeout or something.
